What is the the right to be informed?

The legal basis for the Information Notice is Art. 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27th 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC) hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”.

In accordance with the law, we are required to provide you with the necessary information regarding the processing of personal data. Therefore, we make every effort:

  • for the content of the Information Notice to be transparent,
  • for it to be available in every place where you are asked to share your personal data,
  • to give you the opportunity to review the information again at any time.

We would also like to point out that when using our website (e.g. contact forms, registration forms or downloadable documents), you may encounter the shorter form of the Information Notice. In the light of transparency of information, the Notice can be presented in a multi-layer format. The purpose of this solution is to limit the scope of information provided at once, and to reduce the costs of distributing the content of the information provided in the form of browsing or printing.
