Kamil Adamczewski is a postdoc in the IDEAS NCBR where he supervises doctoral students from two groups: Sustainable Machine Learning For Autonomous Machines and Continual Machine Learning. His interest lie in Computer Vision and Efficient and Interpretable AI with publications in conferences, ICCV, CVPR, ICML, AISTATS, AAAI, CorL, among all. He has worked in the fields of Machine Learning and Computer Vision for over 10 years, obtained PhD from ETH Zurich and Max Planck Institute for Intelligent Systems in Tubingen, Master’s degree in Computer Science from University of Oxford and in Computer Engineering from Seoul National University. He has got Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics (Number Theory) from Dartmouth College, USA. He was a Research Engineer in Samsung Electronics, Seoul, Korea, and Amazon Germany, and consultant in reinforcement learning and natural language processing for start-ups in the fields of Education, Computer Graphics and Cryptocurrencies.
