Damian is a PhD candidate at Poznan University of Technology and IDEAS NCBR. His current research focuses on deep learning and machine perception, with an emphasis on test-time adaptation. He aims to develop intelligent, robust perception systems that continuously adapt and acquire new knowledge, potentially advancing lifelong learning and addressing out-of-distribution generalization challenges. Broadly, he is passionate about all aspects of AI and robotics. He is currently leading a research project funded by the Polish National Science Centre’s PRELUDIUM grant, titled “Reliable and Efficient Real-World Test-Time Adaptation.”
Outside of work, he enjoys climbing and running.
