On March 31, 2023, we finalized work on the "Gender Equality Plan for IDEAS NCBR sp. z o.o. for the years 2023-2028.

The Plan is intended to help create a safe, modern, open and stereotype-free workplace for all employees, regardless of age, gender, nationality or type of employment contract. The creation of the Plan is also our response to making activities for gender equality in research and innovation a cross-cutting priority of the Horizon Europe (HE) framework program for 2021-2027.

Implementation of the Plan will allow us to strive for both scientific excellence and further development while respecting the principles of equality, freedom from discrimination and opportunities for individual development for all employees. By providing a safe, collaborative and non-discriminatory work environment, we want to ensure that employees feel that they have full opportunities to develop, cooperate and achieve their goals. Therefore, we will strive to provide optimal working conditions for expanding knowledge, improving skills and qualifications for all IDEAS NCBR employees. We will build on existing good practices, but also expand them by constantly strengthening awareness of the benefits of gender equality among employees and co-workers.
