On May 23, 2023, Sam Altman, CEO of OpenAI, the company that created ChatGPT, was a guest of IDEAS NCBR at the University of Warsaw. He was accompanied by Wojciech Zaremba, co-founder of OpenAI, and Szymon Sidor, one of the co-creators of ChatGPT.

Sam Altman – entrepreneur, investor, and programmer who played a key role in the development of OpenAI. Previously, he headed the Y Combinator startup accelerator.

Wojciech Zaremba – co-founder of OpenAI, PhD in computer science. His pioneering research on neural networks and deep learning contributed greatly to the development of ChatGPT.

Szymon Sidor – co-creator of ChatGPT, Research Scientist at OpenAI. A graduate of the University of Cambridge and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

The conversation with guests from OpenAI was led by Sylwia Czubkowska.
