We are a research and development center operating in the field of artificial intelligence and digital economy, whose mission is to support the development of these technologies in Poland by creating a platform connecting the academic and business environment.
Our goal is to build the largest platform in Poland friendly to conducting innovative research, as well as educating a new generation of scientists focused on the practical application of the developed algorithms and their subsequent commercialization in industry, finance, medicine and other branches of the economy.
Cooperation between scientists and business is a key element in supporting technological and economic progress. Thanks to this partnership, science ceases to be only a theoretical field and becomes a driving force for social and economic development. Scientists, working side by side with entrepreneurs, can focus on conducting practical research that translates into real solutions and products. It is these innovations implemented by enterprises that contribute to economic growth, creating new jobs and improving the quality of life. The cooperation of science and business thus allows for a synergistic effect that not only broadens the horizons of knowledge, but also pushes enterprises and society towards continuous development.

Management Board
PhD in legal studies, attorney-at-law registered with the District Bar Council in Warsaw, graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw. She also completed PhD studies in management and economics, as well as postgraduate studies in the management of projects financed by the European Union.
She has over 10 years of managerial and legal experience, specialising in projects combining legal aspects with modern business solutions. Author of publications regarding e-services and personal data protection.
During her professional career, she participated in one of the largest corporate reorganisations on the Polish market – the merger of TP Plc., PTK Centertel and Orange Polska Ltd. into a single entity: Orange Polska Plc. – which also included the implementation of a new strategy and rebranding under the global Orange brand.
Previously, she worked at, among others, IDEAS NCBR Ltd. and Akces NCBR Ltd., where she was responsible for the development and commercialisation of research and development projects, cooperation with scientific teams and the creation of acceleration programmes, including cooperation with start-ups.
She is fluent in English. She completed the Centre for American Law Studies programme led by the University of Warsaw in cooperation with the University of Florida (2009).
She values teamwork, effective communication and consistency in in the activities of an organisation.
She is also involved in social activities, cooperating with, among others, the Mam Marzenie Foundation (Vice-President of the Management Board), the Orange Foundation and the Jan Karski Educational Foundation.
Scientific Council
The Scientific Council was established by a resolution of the Shareholders’ Meeting of IDEAS NCBR Sp. z o.o. of 1 July 2021.
Its tasks include:
- Giving opinions on research policy and activities planned for implementation and presenting proposals for changes, e.g. due to progress in scientific research around the world,
- Giving opinions on the employment of research group leaders,
- Giving opinions on the level of implementation and results of research groups’ activities,
- Expressing opinions on the activities of IDEAS NCBR.
