Sonam Parashar is a postdoc at IDEAS NCBR. She obtained her Ph.D in Electrical Engineering at Malaviya National Institute of Technology Jaipur, India in 2020. For a number of years, she was professionally associated with various engineering institutes and universities in India. During her professional career she was responsible for research and teaching electrical engineering to undergraduates. Her research interest includes Application of AI techniques in power and green energy systems. She is a member of professional societies such as IEEE and Lifetime member of Indian Society for Technical Education (ISTE-India).
