Noor Ullah

Dr. Noor Ullah, a Ph.D. graduate from Dalian University of Technology, China, serves as a Postdoctoral Research Scientist at IDEAS NCBR, Poland. His doctoral research was supported by Chinese Government Scholarship (CSC) and various grants from the industry and academia which is published in several high quality computer science and engineering research journals. His educational foundation is in Electrical (Communications) Engineering, bolstered by leadership training from the University of Arkansas. Having held executive roles in tech companies post-Ph.D., Dr. Ullah now explores areas like Game Theory, Graph Theory and Complex Networks, Social Network Analysis, and Ethical AI, striving to contribute significantly to these domains amidst the dynamic environment of his institute and his inspiring team.
