We are a company established by the National Center for Research and Development to support the development of young scientists dealing with artificial intelligence and IT solutions for the digital economy. By working with us, you have the opportunity to combine scientific work with education at a doctoral school. It is possible due to the fact that our activity is a special type of undertaking announced by the National Center for Research and Development indicated in art. 119 section 2 point 2 of the Act of July 20, 2018 Law on Higher Education and Science.
At IDEAS NCBR, we are constantly looking for new talents. If you are a student or a graduate / graduate of mathematics, IT, technical computer science, information technology or a related discipline and you want to pursue a scientific career, please share your plans with us by applying for a PhD student / PhD candidate in our company. As a team member, you will have the opportunity to work with many authorities in the field of artificial intelligence, including Dr. habil Piotr Sankowski, or prof. Stefan Dziembowski and many experts who are successful in both the scientific and business spheres. We focus on the scientific development of employees and the practical application of research results.
At the moment, we cooperate with universities that enrol in doctoral schools shown on the map.

The recruitment process for future doctoral students is simple and should be started at least a few weeks before the recruitment to the doctoral school. We recruit all year round and we encourage you to apply as soon as possible. The positive result of our recruitment is the first step of admission to the program.
As part of our process, we expect that you will present the assumptions for your research project prepared according to the guidelines available here (document required at the second stage of recruitment) and send the information required (the list of necessary documents can be found in the application form). On this basis, we will offer you participation in a specific research group tailored to your scientific interests. You will receive a model contract from us and you will be invited to a meeting with the leader of the research group to discuss the scope of your project, scientific interests and preferences regarding the doctoral school to which you would like to apply. If you have not yet made a decision regarding a doctoral school, we will help you choose and contact the future supervisor.
Please note that each school has its own admissions process (individual requirements) and schedule.
